The Mark

The Mark on Madison Avenue was redesigned by Jacques Grange in 2009 and has been the most stylish hotel in New York ever since. The 150 rooms and suites — including the largest hotel suite in New York City — are decorated with a palette of black-and-white stripes, bold colours, and hand-crafted furniture that is entirely distinctive. The hotel's restaurant, The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges, is one of the finest in the city. The Mark Bar, with its extraordinary cocktail programme, is the best bar on the Upper East Side.
