Onyado Chikurintei

Onyado Chikurintei lies at the base of Mount Mifune, surrounded by dense forest and the vast Mifuneyama Rakuen garden. With only 11 suites spread across the expansive grounds, the atmosphere is deeply still, with rooms that open onto bamboo groves, flowering trees, or sweeping mountain views, with some offering private baths and garden paths of their own. Interiors are traditional and deeply connected to the landscape, shaped by the changing seasons outside. Stay long enough, and the rhythms of the place start to feel like your own.
