Early check-ins are subject to availability. To guarantee an early check in, we recommend guests to book the room one night in advance. If your room is not ready for check-in, we will register you first and assist you to store your luggage. You will be given temporary keycards to access the SkyPark Infinity Pool, SkyPark Observation Deck, and the fitness centre until your room is ready.

Is late check-out available

Late check-outs are available on request subject to room availability and occupancy levels. Please check with MBS’ Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to your departure on availability of late check-out. A half-day room charge may be imposed for late check-outs between 11am to 6pm and a full day room charge may be imposed for late check-outs after 6pm.
