Badrutt's Palace has been the social centre of St. Moritz since 1896, when Johannes Badrutt bet British guests that they would enjoy the Alps in winter — and won. The 157 rooms and suites are decorated in a Belle Époque style that has been maintained through successive renovations. The hotel's six restaurants, including La Diala and the King's Club, make it the most complete dining and entertainment destination in the Alps. The hotel's ski concierge, with access to the best guides and equipment in Switzerland, is the finest in Europe.
