Amantaka
Amantaka occupies the former French colonial hospital in the heart of Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage city at the confluence of the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers. The 24 suites are arranged around a central pool in the original colonial buildings, their interiors blending French colonial architecture with Lao craftsmanship — hand-woven silks, lacquerware, and carved wood. The Aman Spa incorporates traditional Lao healing traditions. Amantaka is the finest base for exploring Luang Prabang's gilded temples, the dawn alms-giving ceremony, and the Kuang Si waterfalls.
A sacred hill offering panoramic views of Luang Prabang and the Mekong River, especially stunning at sunset.
The former royal residence, now a museum showcasing the history and culture of Laos.
One of Luang Prabang’s most magnificent temples, renowned for its intricate architecture and mosaics.
